  • 53 ounces pork and beans (or 6 cups pork and beans)
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 to 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire
  • 1/4 pound bacon

  • Step 1: Combine ingredients all but bacon.

  • Step 2: Place in shallow pan.

  • Step 3: Microwave bacon 1 minute put on top of beans.
