  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise ( not salad dressing)
  • 1 pumpernickel bread loaf (sliced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Set oven to broiler heat.

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl combine the crumbled cooked bacon, cheese, mustard and mayo; stir well to combine.

  • Step 3: Arrange the pumpernickel slices on a cookie sheet.

  • Step 4: Spoon the mixture on each slice of bread.

  • Step 5: Broil for about 5-6 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
