Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F
Step 2: In large skillet, over medium heat, brown meat till cooked.
Step 3: Drain excess fat & set aside.
Step 4: Sauté zucchini & onion for 3 minutes.
Step 5: Stir in tomatoes & oregano; return meat into saucepan.
Step 6: Bring to a boil, stirring for 1 min.
Step 7: Pour over uncooked tortellini into a lightly greased casserole, with cover.
Step 8: Sprinkle with 1/2 of the parmesan cheese.
Step 9: Cover & bake for 10 minutes.
Step 10: Stir casserole, sprinkle until pasta is tender.
Step 11: Serve with garlic texas toast.
