Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 medium (24 ounces) potatoes
  • 1 yellow onion (small)
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash and scrub potatoes.

  • Step 2: Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices and lay half of the potatoes on a double thickness of aluminum foil.

  • Step 3: Slice the onion thinly and lay on top of the potatoes.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with chives, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper and dot with the butter.

  • Step 5: Lay the rest of the potatoes on top.

  • Step 6: Fold up the foil, and seal the ends securely.

  • Step 7: Lay the foil packet on the grill over medium heat for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
