Step 1: According to package directions,cook pasta to Al dente' then drain and return to pan.
Step 2: Add soup,sour cream,and garlic powder to pasta and stir until well coated.
Step 3: Gently fold in tuna and green chiles.
Step 4: Stir until mixture is heated through.
Step 5: Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with green onions.
