Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups dry elbow pasta (or your choice)
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (original called for 1/2 cup fat-free milk)
  • 2 cans (5.5 ounces each) tuna (drained, original called for 1 12 ounce can solid white tuna)
  • 1 can (4 ounce) green chiles, diced (or jarred)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder,or to taste
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: According to package directions,cook pasta to Al dente' then drain and return to pan.

  • Step 2: Add soup,sour cream,and garlic powder to pasta and stir until well coated.

  • Step 3: Gently fold in tuna and green chiles.

  • Step 4: Stir until mixture is heated through.

  • Step 5: Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with green onions.
