Step 1: Season both sides of pork chops with your desired amount of seasoned salt and pepper.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3: In a large oven proof skillet over medium heat,add bacon drippings then heat until hot but not smoking.
Step 4: Add seasoned chops and lightly brown both sides,when chops are done remove and keep warm.
Step 5: In the same skillet you cooked the chops in add onion,water,soup,and rice.
Step 6: Place the chops over the rice,season with more pepper if desired.
Step 7: Cover with lid and bake for 1 hour or until rice is done.(The rice will thicken upon standing.
