  • 4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup olives, chopped (green olives, pitted)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup sweet relish
  • 1 small red bell pepper (seeded then diced, about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 large eggs (hard-boiled then chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Salt & pepper (TO TASTE)
