Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup flaked crabmeat (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 package (1.9 ounce) phyllo tart shells (15 miniature frozen shells, if unavailable sub with miniature tart shells)
  • 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine cream cheese, crabmeat and finely chopped green onion in a small bowl mixing until well blended

  • Step 2: Put shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Drop one tablespoon crab filling into each shell topping with one teaspoon cranberry sauce.

  • Step 3: Bake in a 375 degree oven 12 to 15 minutes or until nicely coloured and heated through.
