Step 1: Combine flour and salt in a bowl, add eggs and egg yolks and mix until well combined.
Step 2: Add dill and just enough water to bring the dough together.
Step 3: Turn dough onto a well floured surface and knead until dough is smooth.
Step 4: Dust with flour, cover with a clean tea towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Cut dough into 4 pieces.
Step 6: Working one piece at a time and using pasta machine, roll out dough as thinly as possible.
Step 7: Run through pasta cutter of choice (ie: spaghetti, fettuccini or angel hair noodles)
Step 8: Place noodles over parchment paper and allow to dry completely.
Step 9: Store noodles in an airtight container or re-sealable plastic bag.
