  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Toppings
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon peanuts, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (pure)
  • Dash cinnamon

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, cook the banana and non-dairy butter or oil for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
