Step 1: Bring 1 cup of the condensed milk to a boil.
Step 2: Mix together the remaining milk, cornstarch and splenda and whisk into the boiling milk; continue whisking until thickened and remove from heat.
Step 3: Whisk in the remaining ingredients and continue whisking until smooth.
Step 4: Divide into 4 serving bowls; press some plastic wrap over the surface of pudding and refrigerate until ready to eat.
