Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup fat-free condensed milk plus 1 tablespoon (Carnation no fat condensed milk, separated)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (white chocolate chips or butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon splenda granular
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring 1 cup of the condensed milk to a boil.

  • Step 2: Mix together the remaining milk, cornstarch and splenda and whisk into the boiling milk; continue whisking until thickened and remove from heat.

  • Step 3: Whisk in the remaining ingredients and continue whisking until smooth.

  • Step 4: Divide into 4 serving bowls; press some plastic wrap over the surface of pudding and refrigerate until ready to eat.
