Step 1: Whisk together the flours, starches, eggs, soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper.
Step 2: Add the wings and mix well to coat.
Step 3: Take the wings out one at a time, shaking off the excess coating and place in the actifry.
Step 4: Cook in the Actifry for about 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through, depending on thickness of wings.
Step 5: Serve with your favourite BBQ sauce to dip in.
