Step 1: Vegetables ... Add the cauliflower to a 'microwave safe' casserole dish. Then, top with the celery, peppers, onion, water, seasoning, salt, and pepper; and cover with plastic wrap.
Step 2: Microwave ... On high heat for 5 minutes. Remove, uncover, and stir to combine. Cover again, and cook until tender. The time is difficult to pinpoint depending on the size of the cauliflower head, type of dish; and, the individual microwave. normally, it takes around 7-10 minutes for the cauliflower to be tender.
Step 3: Finish ... Remove once again, add the butter and mix to combine, and top with the cheese; and, cook uncovered another minute or two until the cheese is melted. Add as much butter as you want; I tend to only use 1 teaspoon; but, if you are a butter lover, add a bit more.
Step 4: Serve and ENJOY! ... This goes with any of your favorite dishes. And, as said ... it isn't gourmet or fancy; but, it is delicious!
