How to Make

  • Step 1: Pasta ... Cook the pasta according to package directions; and make sure the water is well salted. Once the pasta is done, drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Then return the pasta to the pot and remove from the heat. Sauce ... As the pasta cooks, make the sauce. Add the olive oil, lemon zest and juice, shallot, garlic, basil, and lemon pepper to a small cup. Mix well and add to the pasta, along with the parsley and cheese. Toss to combine. Add a little of the pasta water to thin out the sauce a bit and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Serve ... A great side with just about anything. ENJOY!
