Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (or more expensive bittersweet chocolate broken into pieces)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier liqueur (or Cognac)
  • 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt (just a PINCH!!!)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place chocolate, egg, vanilla, Grand Marnier or Cognac, sugar and a pinch of salt into a blender (I use my magic bullet) and blend just enough to mix.

  • Step 2: Heat the milk until almost boiling.

  • Step 3: Pour milk into the blender and blend for 1 minute.

  • Step 4: Pour into 4 dessert cups and refrigerate for an hour.
