Step 1: Place chocolate, egg, vanilla, Grand Marnier or Cognac, sugar and a pinch of salt into a blender (I use my magic bullet) and blend just enough to mix.
Step 2: Heat the milk until almost boiling.
Step 3: Pour milk into the blender and blend for 1 minute.
Step 4: Pour into 4 dessert cups and refrigerate for an hour.
