Step 1: Heat the tomato sauce, lime juice and seasonings in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Step 2: Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Stir in zucchini and corn; cook 3 to 4 mins or until chicken is no longer pink. (This will depend on thickness of chicken pieces)
Step 4: Reduce heat and stir in 1 cup cheese until melted.
Step 5: Pour into a serving vessel, sprinkle with remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and serve with nacho chips.
