Step 1: Remove sausage from casing, brown & drain.
Step 2: Add onion, pepper, celery – cook until soft, add garlic & cook for 1 minute.
Step 3: Add sausage, vegetables & rest of ingredients (Not Cheese) into crockpot.
Step 4: Cook on low 4 – 6 hours.
Step 5: Sprinkle cheese over ladled chili.
Step 6: Serve with Chianti (most important step of all!).
