Step 1: Using the paddle attachment of a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream with salt on high for several minutes or until you hear the sound of the motor change. Step 3: Rinse the the butter under cold water until it runs clear.
Step 4: Shape into whatever shape you want.
Step 5: Place in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
