Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tubs (250 grams each) cheddar cheese (Imperial cheddar cheese)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jar (375 mL) stuffed olives (the size is optional, I use medium sized olives)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix and cream the cheese and butter.

  • Step 2: Combine the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture, until nice and creamy.

  • Step 3: Drain and pat dry the stuffed olives.

  • Step 4: Take 1/2 teaspoon of the cheese mixture and an olive and roll it gently in your hands until the olive is coated.

  • Step 5: Freeze on a cookie sheet and then put in a freezer bag until needed.

  • Step 6: Cook from frozen at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Step 7: Cool and serve, they look like little hats.
