Step 2: Add pasta, cook 4 minutes.
Step 3: Add broccoli, cook 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes or until pink.
Step 5: Meanwhile, combine soy sauce and peanut butter in a bowl.
Step 6: Stir in vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, ginger, and garlic.
Step 7: Drain the spaghetti, broccoli, and shrimp mixture and return to pan.
Step 8: Toss with the peanut butter mixture and sprinkle green onions and chopped nuts over all.
