Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F; grease a small casserole dish.
Step 2: Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic and pepper; stir in artichoke hearts.
Step 3: Spread mixture into prepared casserole and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Sprinkle French-fried onions on top, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
