Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, packed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (I use more)
  • 2/3 cup oil (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon Parmigiano cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest, finely grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the parsley, garlic and olive oil in a mini-blender jar (I use my magic bullet) and puree till almost smooth but you can still see flecks of parsley.

  • Step 2: Stir in the cheese and orange zest. Season to taste with sea salt.

  • Step 3: Makes about 1 cup.
