Step 1: In a large, deep skillet or dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, bell pepper, parsley - saute until the onions are clear.
Step 2: Stir in the wine, tomatoes, garlic, Worcestershire, tomato sauce, mint, red pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring often.
Step 3: Add the shrimp and simmer for 30 more minutes, stirring often.
Step 4: Serve over white rice.
