Step 1: Cut the chicken lengthwise into strips.
Step 2: Put the remaining ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.
Step 3: In a bowl, coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover and chill for at least two hours.
Step 4: When you are ready to cook, thread the chicken onto the skewers and grill until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. this will depend on how thick the pieces of chicken are.
