The ingredients are:
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 chili pepper, no seeds
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the chicken lengthwise into strips.

  • Step 2: Put the remaining ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.

  • Step 4: When you are ready to cook, thread the chicken onto the skewers and grill until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. this will depend on how thick the pieces of chicken are.
