Step 1: Lightly whip egg yolk with the Crème Fraiche. Set aside
Step 2: Bring milk to a boil, stirring continuously. Turn off heat and add chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Step 3: Slowly add egg and Crème Fraiche mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
Step 4: Pour mixture into the pastry shell and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5: Remove tart from oven and cool to room temperature. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Great with a dollop of whipped cream (optional)
