Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 25 large marshmallows
  • 1 package (11 1/2 ounces) chocolate chips
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a 13x9 inch pan with foil and grease the foil with 2 teaspoons butter.

  • Step 2: In a large heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, milk and remaining butter.

  • Step 3: Bring to a rapid boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  • Step 4: Cook without stirring for 2 minutes; remove from heat.

  • Step 5: Stir in marshmallows until melted.

  • Step 6: Add all chocolate; stir until melted.

  • Step 7: Stir in vanilla and immediately spread into prepared pan; cool for 1 hour.

  • Step 8: Score into 1 inch squares.

  • Step 9: Refrigerate, covered, for 3 hours or until firm.

  • Step 10: Using foil, lift fudge out of pan.

  • Step 11: Remove foil; cut fudge.

  • Step 12: Store between layers of waxed paper in airtight containers.
