Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 10 to 12 cups pure filtered water
  • 10 to 15 fresh mint leaves
  • 15 slices cucumber (unpeeled)
  • 1 large lemon, juiced (then throw in the whole lemon to the pitcher after you juiced it)
  • 5 slices unpeeled lemon
  • 5 slices unpeeled orange
  • Fresh gingerroot (about 1 1/2 inch piece, peeled and sliced thinly)
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Stevia sweetner (as much as you want to add)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add all ingredients to jug of water.

  • Step 2: Place covered in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before you drink it or for up to three days.
