  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 2 cups butter-flavored crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl combine first nine ingredients. Transfer to baking dish.

  • Step 3: In a bowl, combine the crushed cracker crumbs with melted butter, then combine with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

  • Step 4: Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
