  • 3 cups quick oats (oatmeal)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup applesauce (all natural)
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, diced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Fold in the strawberries last.

  • Step 2: Divide into 14 muffin tins that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. (Don't use baking cups, they stick really bad to the paper)

  • Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
