Step 1: Relish ... Add the olive oil and (optional) red pepper flakes to a saute pan, and bring to medium-medium high heat. Add the tomatoes, garlic, all purpose seasoning, and a pinch of both salt and pepper; and cook just a minute, stirring to combine all the ingredients. Then, add the wine; and, continue to cook about 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat, just until the tomatoes start to break down, and most of the wine has evaporated. Make sure to continue stirring.
Step 2: Finish ... Remove from the heat, add the fresh herbs; and, season once again with salt and pepper. DONE!
Step 3: Serve and ENJOY! ... As I mentioned, This is such a nice alternative to a heavy tomato sauce on pasta. But, also, equally as good on seafood, pork, chicken, or beef. And, it is delicious on toasted baguettes. I like to serve this warm; however, it is just as good served room temperature.
