Step 1: Heat butter In a wok or large skillet over medium high heat and saute garlic and onion until translucent.
Step 2: Add chicken and shrimp until half cooked.
Step 3: Add all vegetables except cabbage and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add black pepper, chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce and bring to a boil.
Step 5: Add cabbage and noodles, mixing gently to prevent them from breaking.
Step 6: Simmer until liquid is absorbed and noodles are done, about 10 minutes.
Step 7: Serve with sliced green onions.
