  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary (ground with mortar and pestle or spice grinder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together well; cover and refrigerate for half an hour to allow the bread crumbs to absorb into the meat.

  • Step 3: Roll into 1 inch meatballs.

  • Step 4: Cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil and drizzle with a bit of olive oil or coat with non-stick spray.

  • Step 5: Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and cook turning once, until no longer pink in the middle, about 15 minutes.

  • Step 6: If you are freezing these for future use, make sure they are completely cooled before freezing them.
