Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade ( the kind with orange peel in it)
  • 2 tablespoons brandy ( or rum)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar ( to taste)
  • For the base
  • 4 oranges, peeled, pith removed and segmented
  • 4 teaspoons brandy ( or rum)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place first 6 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more sugar if needed.

  • Step 2: Place the orange segments in four long-stemmed glasses and add a teaspoon of brandy (or rum) to each glass.

  • Step 3: Divide the cream on top of each.

  • Step 4: Chill until ready to serve. Serve chilled.
