Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup beer (room temperature 70-80F)
  • 1/3 cup water (tepid water)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (extra -light olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 1/4 cups white bread flour
  • 1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients in the breadmaker , in the order suggested by the manufacturer- select dough cycle.

  • Step 2: When the dough is finished, remove and shape into 2 loaves.

  • Step 3: Place on a silpat or parchment covered baking sheet-cover with plastic wrap ( sprayed with non-stick spray) - let rise until doubled.

  • Step 4: Preheat the oven to 350F.

  • Step 5: Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and done.

  • Step 6: Cool before slicing.
