Step 1: Wash and dry Romaine and leaf lettuces well; tear into bite size pieces and place into a large salad bowl.
Step 2: Cover with remaining salad ingredients; chill until serving time.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, anchovies and other seasonings.
Step 4: At serving time drizzle vinaigrette over lettuce mixture, toss to coat.
Step 5: Serve. Enjoy!
