Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Clean and peel the carrots; set aside.
Step 3: Finely grind the rosemary with a mortar and pestle.
Step 4: Mix all the ingredients together in a large plastic bag making sure the carrots are well coated.
Step 5: Pour the contents of the bag onto a foil paper lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 6: Cook until just done, about 30 minutes depending on thickness of carrots, turning at least once.
Step 7: Enjoy!
