Step 1: Place two slices of ham atop each other and top with one slice of cheese; set aside.
Step 2: Heat the vegetable oil to medium-high in a non-stick skillet and add wiener.
Step 3: Cover and toss the skillet back and forth while cooking so the wiener doesn’t stick, until the skin just starts to bubble.
Step 4: Remove with thongs and place on top of the cheese topped ham slices close to the edge.
Step 5: Wrap the ham and cheese around the wiener and place this, seam side down, into the skillet.
Step 6: Press down on the wrapped wiener with a spatula to seal the seam.
Step 7: Carefully turn over the wiener to crisp the ham.
Step 8: When the ham is crisped and golden, remove with thongs and place on the warmed bun; add pickle and mustard.
Step 9: Enjoy!
