Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets (four 6 ounce pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper (you can add a bit more if you prefer a peppery flavor)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Salmon ... Be sure to take the salmon out of the refrigerator to take the chill off. Line a baking sheet with either parchment paper or foil for easy clean up. Spray lightly with a non-stick spray and lay the salmon on skin side down.

  • Step 2: Mustard Mayonnaise ... In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt and lemon pepper and mix well. Spread over the top of the salmon.

  • Step 3: Bake ... I start out baking them on the middle shelf at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (it depends on the thickness of your fish). Then the last 5 minutes, turn on the broiler and move the shelf up in the oven and broil approximately 5 minutes until the crust starts to get brown. You don't want to over cook your salmon.

  • Step 4: Serve ... I love to serve this with roasted potatoes and wilted spinach. ENJOY!
