Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly butter two 8 oz. custard cups.
Step 2: Put the eggs, milk, sugar, coffee, vanilla and orange juice concentrate in a blender and process until smooth.
Step 3: Pour into custard cups, set in a baking pan, and fill with 1 inch of boiling water.
Step 4: Bake for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean.
Step 5: Place cups on wire rack and cool 30 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
Step 6: Use a knife to loosen custard and then invert onto a plate.
Step 7: Sprinkle the orange zest and cinnamon on top.
