How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together first six ingredients.

  • Step 2: Place chicken breasts in a large zip-lock bag and pound out till fattest part of breast is equal to the rest. Season both sides of chicken breasts with seasonings, according to taste, more or less. (you don't need to use all the salt if you don't want).

  • Step 3: Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Brown chicken breasts on one side. Then when you turn it over, spoon the sauce over top of the chicken, cover and cook on very low heat for 30 minutes. Remove lid and turn on high to reduce sauce if it's still runny, so that it's a little thicker.

  • Step 4: Plate breasts and spoon sauce over chicken. Enjoy!
