Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces pasta (cooked, I used rotini)
  • 1 1/2 cups crackers, crushed (butter crackers like Keebler Country Club)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (or margarine)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken (cooked, diced (leftover Boneless Skinless Fried Chicken w/crust)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 2 ounces sour cream (1/4 cup)
  • 3/4 cup dry French-fried onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Mix together cracker crumbs and butter,spread half into a 11 x 7 inch pan which has been prepared with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl combine remaining buttered cracker crumbs,soup,sour cream,and diced chicken mixing well.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle top with onions and bake for 25 minute or until mixture is bubbly and onions are lightly browned.
