  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium onions, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 packages(6 ounce each) long grain and wild rice blend (Uncle Bens with seasoning packets)
  • 1 can (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 pound process American cheese, cubed
