Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups dry pasta (small shell pasta, or any other small type pasta)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder,or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning,or to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce, plain
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

  • Step 2: While pasta is cooking, on medium heat brown ground beef in large skillet.

  • Step 3: Add onions, peppers, celery, Italian seasoning and garlic powder, stirring until vegetables are tender.

  • Step 4: Drain and return to skillet.

  • Step 5: Stir in pasta sauce; add pasta and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle cheese over top; cover with lid and let cheese melt.

  • Step 7: Let sit for about 5 minutes then serve and enjoy.
