Step 1: Place one-half of the ice cream, pumpkin, milk and bourbon in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
Step 2: Repeat with remaining ingredients (including sugar and spices). Add to the bowl and stir until combined.
Step 3: Ladle into 4 glasses and top with a dollop of the whipped cream, if using.
Step 4: Garnish with more nutmeg if desired.
Step 5: Serve with straws.
