  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the fettuccine in a sieve and rinse really well with cold water, drain well

  • Step 2: Have a large pot of water boiling

  • Step 3: Cut the peeled garlic cloves in half, add to boiling water

  • Step 4: Add fettuccini

  • Step 5: Let the water come back to boiling,

  • Step 6: After one minute, drain the fetttuccini

  • Step 7: Add butter and parmesan, enjoy
