Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup sherry (pale dry sherry)
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine flour, salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Dredge chicken in flour mixture shake off excess.

  • Step 3: Heat oil over heat in large skillet. Brown Chicken until lightly browned about 5 minutes each side.

  • Step 4: Remove from skillet. Add minced garlic and saute lightly

  • Step 5: Stir in Chicken broth and Sherry or vinegar

  • Step 6: Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with rosemary- Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or tender. thicken if wish.
