Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 habanero peppers, fresh (orange peppers, finely chopped with seeds)
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 6 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (red with seeds)
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put all of the ingredients in a blender on high, blend until smooth.

  • Step 2: Add the sauce to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

  • Step 3: Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.

  • Step 4: Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5: Add to a jar and refrigerate.

  • Step 6: The longer it is stored the more pungent the sauce becomes.
