Step 1: Put all of the ingredients in a blender on high, blend until smooth.
Step 2: Add the sauce to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 4: Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Add to a jar and refrigerate.
Step 6: The longer it is stored the more pungent the sauce becomes.

Step 8: WARNING: DO NOT place your head over pan while reducing !
