Step 3: Give them a quick brown in some oil in a skillet (not to long just until they are browned on both sides).
Step 4: Layer the pork chops in your slow cooker, making sure to put the sauce on each chop as you go.
Step 5: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. The pork should be fall-apart-tender when done.
