Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tomatillo (cleaned husk removed and rough chopped)
  • 1 jalapeno, small (seeds and ribs removed leave them in if you like some heat, remove if you don't want the heat)
  • 1 garlic clove, rough chopped
  • 1 scallion, rough chopped
  • 1/2 whole lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, rough chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh parsley, rough chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dressing ... Add everything to a blender; but, only add a pinch of salt and pepper - then, pulse until smooth. Taste, and re-season if necessary with additional salt and pepper. Once the dressing is smooth; transfer to a small tupperware container or mason jar, and refrigerate until ready to use. Will keep 4-5 days in the refrigerator.

  • Step 2: Serve and ENJOY! ... Great over salads of course; but, also good over - grilled chicken, vegetables, or seafood. It is absolutely DELICIOUS!
