Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Grease an 11x7 inch baking pan.
Step 3: In a food processor combine crust ingredients; process until crumbly. Press into a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Step 4: For filling. Mix together the eggs, 1 cup brown sugar, vanilla, 2 tablespoons flour, and baking powder. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread onto the hot or warm crust and bake for 20 minutes longer.
